A team that plays together work together better. That is why we have dedicated the past 14 years of our lives working with companies and corporations on their corporate wellness initiatives to get working executives out of their work mode to nature mode. This can be an intimate team bonding, or a company-wide Corporate Social Responsibility program or even engagement in your customer-loyalty program or product launches.
We always count ourselves privileged to witness how nature easily assumes different roles for each unique brief and helps transforms a person from the state of disengagement to an enthusiastic individual within one workshop. We enjoy nudging and encouraging everyone to let their inner child out to play. It makes our day when we see how workshop participants lighten up and acknowledge they can be funny, fun-loving with the ability to parent a plant too.
We love to create bespoke workshops that meet your corporate objectives. Team Bonding focuses on establishing team camaraderie as co-workers get together to learn new skills while they catch up with each other. Team Building is result oriented, focuses on collaboration, critical thinking, creative use of resources, presentation skills and celebrate winners. A combination of workshops can be explored.
